Product description
With this simple marker set you can create different markings by combining or using the markers alone. The set includes two 25 x 25 mm squares, two 20 x 50 mm lines and one 50 x 50 mm square. These can be used in a variety of combinations, or used on their own to mark a wide range of equipment.
These markers are made from a reasonably high quality photoluminescent material, the same stuff we've been using on various military equipment for a few decades. The material is quite effective and, more importantly, long lasting. We compared a piece from our warehouse that was over ten years old to a factory-new piece, and by visual inspection, the illumination output had dropped by about a tenth in that time.
As the material itself is very durable, we decided to strengthen the structure of the signs by stitching in addition to just laminating/gluing. Of course, this costs time and money, but it also ensures that these signs will not delaminate after a few summer/winter seasons of use.
