Ruthless Chatterbait is a very effective lure for perch and pike fishing. Chatterbait's effectiveness is at its best when fishing in rocks, vegetation and among schools of small fish in backwaters. The Ruthless Chatterbait package includes two different hooks: a traditional single-pronged hook and an offset hook.
