With Rommelsbacher JG 80 Yogurt & Cream Cheese Maker, you can prepare natural yogurt, cream cheese as well as herbal extracts of self-chosen ingredients at home. No matter whether enjoyed purely or as an addition to desserts or hearty dishes – there are many possibilities. In just one session you will receive e.g. up to 1200 g of yogurt which will stay fresh at least one week in the refrigerator.
The appliance has four pre-set programmes. Whereas natural yogurt is prepared at 42 °C, a temperature of 38 °C is needed for the vegan/lactose-free variants. You can also make cream cheese, which is prepared at 30 °C. Anyone who also wants to produce oil extracts for cosmetic, naturopathic or nutritional purposes can do this reliably with the herbal extract function at 55 °C.
The energy consumption is very low and the appliance is very easy to operate. It is even possible to adjust the duration of the programmes individually, so that with this appliance you can also prepare sour dough, for example.
