With the stylish and high quality Rommelsbacher ER 600 egg boiler you can prepare up to 6 eggs to perfection in no time. The hardness can be selected individually from soft to hard. The amount water needed for cooking the eggs is always the same, but the cooking time varies depending on the degree of hardness chosen.
Using the egg boiler is very simple: add 115 ml water, pierce the eggs at their dull end with the egg piercer, and place the eggs on the egg tray with the pierced dull end to the top. Set the degree of hardness with the rotary knob. Put the cover on and start the appliance. The cooking time is electronically controlled.After the respective time has elapsed, there is an audible signal and the eggs can be taken out, run under cold water and served practically and safely completely with the egg insert.
Also poached egg can be prepared in this appliance - two at the same time.
