Thanks to its smart motion detection, the camera can distinguish people, animals, and vehicles from other movements. With the marking function, you can tag on the app’s map where you placed a feeding spot or where you saw an animal. The camera can be set to take photos like traditional trail cameras, but it also records video.
With its large 6000mAh lithium battery and independent 4G connection, the camera is always ready. The battery lasts for weeks or even months in normal use. With a solar panel, the camera can operate year-round without separate charging. This 8MP camera delivers ultra-clear images (3840 × 2160). It can be mounted with its bracket to the ceiling or wall, or strapped to a tree. The camera also has an on/off power switch. A 16x digital zoom, integrated microphone and speaker, and wide viewing angle make monitoring easy. The camera supports a nanoSIM card and comes with a pre-installed 32GB microSD card.
Setup is extremely quick and easy—no cables required. The Reolink App (iOS & Android) and Reolink Client (Windows & macOS) allow you to control the camera, view live video, recordings, and manage features such as real-time alerts when motion is detected. The apps also let you manage and monitor all your other Reolink cameras simultaneously.
