It blocks splashes and wind outside while breathing, and the fleece on its reverse side keeps kids warm. The surface is treated with a safe water-repellent finish to make it easy to clean. This kids' jumpsuit is reinforced with durable, waterproof fabric at just the right places. Elastic cuffs at wrists and leg ends together with the durable, detachable silicone foot loops complete the protection. The style includes a safe, detachable hood and a zip pocket.
