The BioBox XL+ grey acid filter is suitable for cleaning washing water, dishwater (including machine washing) and shower water in a well-equipped holiday home or detached house. The maximum water volume is 125 l/h. The capacity can be extended with various accessories.
Cleaning based on biological microbial action takes place in the filter elements. They allow the biofiltration (biofilm) process to be intensified in a small space. The microbes in the elements remove organic matter, pollutants and nutrients from the wastewater. The BioBox works well in areas where there are load fluctuations, the enhanced filter reacts quickly to load changes.
The treatment is easy to perform yourself. The filter elements are lifted up and cleaned by brushing or washing. The waste cleaned from the elements is composted or sent to waste disposal. The BioBox has very low running costs, the filters need to be replaced every 10-15 years and the device does not use electricity.
