With the Pulsar AXION XQ30 Pro thermal imaging camera, you can see a long way, even though the device is tiny and the Axion fits in your breast pocket. The Axion's lens manufacturing process is very precise, resulting in a very clear and detailed image from its sensitive and large thermal imaging cell (17µm micron pixel pitch, 384x288 pixels NETD & 25 mK). Compared to the previous XM30F model, the XQ30 Pro has a larger 17µm pixel size sensor, compared to the previous smaller 12µm pixel size sensor. A typical 1.8-metre target can be seen at a distance of 850 metres even in pitch black.

Perfect optical magnification
The thermal camera solves many practical problems associated with spotting, even at basic magnification. The AXION XQ30 Pro thermal camera with 2x magnification is well suited, for example, for searching for animals and counting horns at short and medium distances. The image range is very sufficient for monitoring fast-moving events. The magnification power can be digitally increased up to 4x to facilitate detection of distant objects.
Large magnesium alloy body
The AXION XQ30 Pro is made for continuous and often rugged use. It has a strong and durable magnesium alloy body that is still lightweight. The body effectively protects the internal components of the device, especially its most important part - the thermal imaging cell - from shocks, drops, moisture, heat and cold. The metal frame also acts as a cooling element, removing waste heat from the internal parts of the device (especially the thermal imaging cell), reducing noise and also keeping the thermal imaging cell stable over extended periods of use.
