The preparation contains 7 different creatine sources: micronized and buffered creatine monohydrate, creatine phosphate, -citrate, -pyruvate, -hydrochloride and -malate. To ensure a versatile effect, L-citrulline malate and Siberian ginseng extract are also included. Effective absorption is supported by a combination of 3 carbohydrates.

Instructions for use for the consumer
Mix 2 scoops (10 g) of the product in 250 ml of cold water and consume 1 or 2 servings a day between meals. On training days, take 1 serving 30 minutes before or during training. The effect is achieved with a daily dose of 3 g. Avoid consuming caffeinated drinks with creatine.
