PULS RECO is a nutritious protein-carbohydrate drink powder. Specially designed for post-workout recovery. Also works with smoothies or porridge. Whey concentrate and maltodextrin form an excellent combination of protein and carbohydrates. The powder contains 1:1 protein and carbohydrates, which is the optimal ratio for post-workout recovery.
Ingredients:
Whey concentrate (MILK) (eu), maltodextrin, dextrose, color (beetroot red), flavorings, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sweetener (sucralose).
Dosage:
Mix one dose (50 g) of the powder with 300-400 ml of cold water or milk in a shaker and shake for 30 seconds. Take 1-3 servings per day as part of a meal, as a snack or directly after training. Suitable as a daily protein supplement for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
