PULS Citrulline contains 100% high quality L-citrulline dl malate, a combination of amino acid and malic acid. The unflavored formula can be enjoyed on its own, mixed with water or as part of your own workout shake. Citrulline, familiar from performance enhancers, is a non-essential amino acid and acts as a precursor to arginine. The body converts about 80% of citrulline to arginine. We recommend using citrulline powder max. 30 minutes before training for optimal performance.

Instructions for use for the consumer:
Mix 1 serving (5 g) with 300 ml of your desired liquid. Use 1-2 times a day. The stated recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.
