Puhdas+ Glycine is a pure and easy-to-use amino acid supplement. Glycine is a naturally occurring amino acid in the body. This Puhdas+ product is a high-quality, Finnish-made dietary supplement. No additional ingredients, such as preservatives, colourings or surface-treatment agents, are used in its manufacture.
Daily dose:
1–2 capsules a day. Glycine can be taken at any time of day. If you take Glycine in the evening, take it approximately 30–60 minutes before going to bed.

Glycine, bulking agent (rice starch), capsule (stabiliser: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose). Nutritional content: 1–2 capsules / Glycine 500–1000 mg.
