Puhdas Electrolyte powder contains electrolytes important for the body; magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium. In addition, the product contains glycine and vitamin C. Magnesium promotes electrolyte balance and helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. Potassium promotes normal muscle function.
The electrolyte drink is sweetened with a suitably cheerful lemon flavor and stevia.
Ingredients: Sodium chloride, acidity regulator (malic acid), sodium bicarbonate, glycine, sodium ascobate, calcium citrate, potassium chloride, magnesium malate, lemon flavor, sweetener (steviol glycosides)
Dosage: For adults, 1 measuring spoon 1-3 times a day. Mix the powder with 5 dl
water or other liquid.
