Pudhistamo's electrolyte powder is a sugar-free, comprehensive and delicious electrolyte drink powder that helps maintain the balance of necessary electrolytes in our body. It contains Guérande sea salt, which acts as a source of sodium, as well as other essential electrolytes, including vitamin C and organic sulfur (OptiMSM®). The product is suitable for use for hydration whenever we sweat, e.g. during sports, sauna or on a hot summer day. One serving contains only 0.1 g of carbohydrates. Vegan product.
Recommended daily dose: One measuring spoon (5 g / 5 ml) 1-4 times a day mixed with water (3-7 dl).
