If the lower edge of a window or balcony used as an emergency exit is more than 3.5 metres above the ground, a fixed ladder shall be installed under the emergency exit.
The PP product opening ladder is a safe choice for an emergency exit ladder. The groove pattern of the steps of the retractable ladder prevents slipping and provides a firm grip. The ladder can only be opened from above, so that unauthorised climbers and children cannot access the ladder from below.
The ladder can be assembled from different lengths of base and extension sections to suit any destination. Thanks to its enclosure-like design, the ladder is virtually unobtrusive in the façade. The product is made in Finland.
