A very tasty sauce made from smoked chilies and garlic! This is a must-have for all smokers. The gentle, but suitably strong aroma together with a generous amount of chili will not leave you cold. The sauce is excellent for dips and marinating. In terms of heat, this sauce is medium or a little less and, with a small reservation, is suitable as a table seasoning for people other than extreme chili heads.
Chipotle originally refers to smoked jalapeno, but the name is more or less established to refer to smoked chiles in general. There are also e.g. lime and passion fruit.
