Polar Verity Sense is a versatile and high-quality optical heart rate sensor that measures heart rate from the arm or temple. It offers a good alternative to chest heart rate belt and wrist heart rate measurement. You can use it on the arm strap that comes with the product, on the goggle strap attachment, or put it anywhere where it's snug against your skin. Polar Verity Sense allows full freedom of movement and is suitable for countless sports. It monitors heart rate, distance, speed and laps while swimming in the pool. You can choose whether to save the workout in the sensor's internal memory and view it afterwards, or whether you monitor the workout in real time from a connected device. Athletes today demand a lot from the technology they use. Polar Verity Sense meets and exceeds these expectations.
