The package contains a ready-made flour mixture, you only need yeast and water. Island bread from flour mixture 1 kg, dry yeast 2 pss (2x11g), water 6.5 dl. Combine the flour mixture and dry yeast in a bowl. Add the heated (+42 °C) water and mix vigorously until the dough is evenly mixed. Grease two 1.5 liter springform pans. Divide the dough into pans and let rise for approx. 45 min. Bake at 175 °C for approx. 50 - 60 min.
