Good for your skin. Contains beta-carotene, a precursor of vitamin A, which contributes to keeping the skin normal, and vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients : Soybean oil, gelatin, hydrogenated soybean oil (partially hydrogenated), humectant (glycerol), vitamin A (beta-carotene), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), thickener (silica).
Recommended daily dose: 1-2 capsules per day. To get an even tan, start using 2-3 weeks before staying in the sun and continue without interruption for a few weeks afterwards.
