The PatioN°rd Kaiku 2x4 prefabricated decking is a decking solution comprising ready-made decking elements, designed with a herringbone pattern and offering quick and easy installation. In terms of appearance and durability, this prefabricated decking is equivalent to a so-called traditional, on-site-built decking. The decking is supplied in 1000mm x 2000mm panels. Two people are sufficient to carry and move the panels. Installation is straightforward, and everything required for installation is included in the delivery. The decking is installed on top of concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The adjustable legs accommodate minor unevenness at the installation site as well as slight variations in ground level of up to 40 mm; the height of the decking ranges from 266 to 306 mm, depending on the adjustment of the legs. The delivery includes a weed barrier to be laid beneath the decking, which prevents weeds from growing. Installation is carried out by lifting the section into place and adjusting the height and angle to the correct settings. The Patio prefabricated decking comes with a five-year frame warranty.
