The PatioN°rd Kaiku 1x4 prefabricated decking is a decking solution comprising ready-made decking elements that can be installed quickly and easily, featuring decking boards laid at an angle. In terms of appearance and durability, this prefabricated decking is equivalent to a so-called traditional, on-site-built decking. The decking is supplied as a 1000mm x 4000mm element. Two people are sufficient to carry and move the element. Installation is straightforward, and everything required for installation is included in the delivery. The decking is installed on top of concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The adjustable legs accommodate minor unevenness at the installation site as well as slight variations in ground level of up to 40 mm; the height of the terrace is 266–306 mm, depending on the adjustment of the legs. The delivery includes a filter fabric to be laid beneath the decking, which prevents weeds from growing. Installation is carried out by lifting the panel into place and adjusting the height and tilt to the correct settings. The Patio prefabricated decking comes with a five-year frame warranty.
