The PatioN°rd Aava 2x5 prefabricated decking is a decking solution comprising ready-made decking elements that can be installed quickly and easily. In terms of appearance and durability, the prefabricated decking is equivalent to a so-called traditional, on-site built decking. The decking is supplied in elements measuring 1000mm x 2000mm. Two people are sufficient to carry and move the elements. Installation is straightforward, and everything required for installation is included in the delivery. The decking is installed on top of concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The adjustable feet compensate for minor unevenness at the installation site and slight variations in ground level of up to 40 mm; the height of the decking ranges from 266 to 306 mm, depending on the adjustment of the feet. The delivery includes a filter fabric to be laid beneath the decking, which prevents weeds from growing. Installation is carried out by lifting the panel into place and adjusting the height and tilt to the correct settings. The Patio prefabricated decking comes with a five-year frame warranty.
