ORIGOPRO TST thermal pants are pants made of light carbon fiber-reinforced ripstop fabric, which can be worn over normal pants or even as regular pants over underwear. Long zippers allow you to put on without taking off your shoes. The zippers also open at the top, which allows access to the pockets of the pants underneath. The front of the elastic waistband has two denim buttons. The superior thermal insulation of the pants is based on the air layer between two windproof fabrics, where hollow fiber Climashield Apex thermal insulation is used as insulation. The fiber structure of the insulation is diagonal, which means that it does not need to be quilted to the lining fabric. When there is no quilting, there are also no pinholes forming cold bridges. The lining fabric is a calendered 100% polyamide fabric also used in down jackets. In calendering, the fabric passes between the calendering cylinders, where it is compressed into an airtight seal with the help of heat and pressure. Air permeability decreases, so the heat radiating from the body cannot escape. Climashield Apex insulation is spongy, which is why it fills the space between the jacket and the body perfectly so that there is no empty space between the insulation and the body to be heated. The outer fabric is 98% polyamide 2% carbon fiber. Carbon fiber strengthens the fabric and, thanks to its electrical conductivity, removes the fabric’s electricity Reinforcement parts made of 500D Cordura fabric can be found on the back, knees and leg opening. The waistband is made of cotton-polyester fabric and an adjustable elastic rubber band with adhesive tape on the back. Thanks to the construction, the waist fits pleasantly flexibly around the body and does not squeeze in any position M05 frost pattern fabrics meet the NIR specification. The zippers are Opti zippers, the same ones that are used in the Nordic combat uniform. Planning and implementation: ORIGOPRO together with dealers and reservists Country of manufacture: Estonia
