Ghee, i.e. clarified butter, is 100% fat and is made by simmering on low heat. In its heating process, lactose, protein and water have been removed. In the manufacturing process, protein (whey), lactic acid, lactose (milk sugar) and water are removed from butter. What remains is clear, nutty-scented, perfect milk fat.
Finck Naturkost produces high-quality ghee from fermented milk using traditional methods. The taste of ghee is mild and slightly sweet and nutty. It also allows other flavors to come out better in cooking.
Usage: Ghee can be used for cooking, frying, steaming. Even in baking, 20% of the butter can be replaced with ghee. Ghee is suitable for bread and as a topping for spices and herbs. A teaspoon of ghee tops off the meal.
