Reformer Pilates is rapidly growing in popularity, and for good reason. It is one of the most effective and gentle forms of exercise, suitable for everyone regardless of skill level. The Reformer has a moving platform, versatile adjustments, and a virtually unlimited range of exercises. The workout strengthens the entire body, improves posture, and increases mobility. After the workout, you will feel both refreshed and relaxed, as the device automatically encourages the user to focus on a calm pace and steady breathing.
The OptiGym 450 Reformer is a sturdy model designed for home use and is made of durable 1.2 mm thick steel tubing. The solid construction ensures that the device remains firmly in place during exercise, just like in a professional gym. The device can be folded into a storage position if necessary, but due to its weight and stability, we recommend reserving a permanent place for it in your home.
It comes with 4 springs and 5 rubber bands, so you can easily adjust the resistance according to the movement and training goal. You can do light, restorative exercises or add challenge for strength training. The sled moves smoothly, ensuring a comfortable workout experience. The equipment also includes a headrest, shoulder supports, footrest, bar, and durable nylon ropes and rope guides.
Reformer Pilates is particularly effective at strengthening the back, core, and shoulder muscles, as well as improving body control, which helps prevent injuries and relieve muscle tension. Improved posture makes movement more natural and relaxed, and training also supports stress management. The device is also widely used in rehabilitation and to support athletic performance. When you purchase your own reformer for home use, you save money and time compared to expensive reformer classes, and you can train whenever it suits you best.
