The bath boiler has two parts, the bath part and the boiler. The food is prepared gently by simmering in the steaming part, which is in the pot over boiling water. This is a carefree way to prepare e.g. milk-based porridges and sauces. The food does not burn to the bottom and it is prepared almost by itself. The new non-stick coating of the bath part makes it easier to clean the dish even from food items that usually stick tightly to the dish.
In a steam pot, the food does not need to be monitored and mixed as carefully as in a regular pot. The steel pot can also be used separately as a regular pot and the steaming part, for example, as an oven dish.
The steamer has a three-layer base, it is suitable for all types of stoves, including induction. NOTE! Check the manufacturer's instructions for your own induction cooker to find out which size container is best for your cooker.
The coated bathing part should be washed by hand.
