The North Outdoor Sensitive 225 women’s merino base layer trousers are the perfect choice if you’re looking for comfort and versatility. These base layer trousers are made from high-quality merino-bamboo fabric, which ensures breathability and softness. The outer layer is made from mulesing-free merino wool, whilst the inner layer offers a wonderfully soft feel thanks to the bamboo viscose. The trousers effectively wick moisture away from the skin and help regulate body temperature, so you can enjoy the outdoors in all weather conditions.
Designed especially for those with sensitive skin, the Sensitive base layer trousers are the perfect choice, as their bamboo lining does not irritate the skin. The trousers feature an elasticated waistband, a snug and form-fitting cut, and flatlock seams, so you can move freely without discomfort. Whether you’re cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or hiking, these merino wool base layer trousers will keep you warm and comfortable.
They’re also easy to care for; you can air them out and steam them to freshen them up, or machine wash them on a gentle cycle. Just remember that a wool-specific detergent and a gentle spin cycle are key to keeping the trousers in good condition for a long time. The North Outdoor Sensitive 225 women’s base layer merino trousers are therefore both practical and adaptable to your needs!

- Care instructions: Airing and steam ironing are the best ways to care for and refresh merino wool garments. Machine wash at 30 °C on a very gentle or wool cycle. Recommended spin speed: maximum 800 rpm. A wool-specific detergent, a very gentle spin cycle and washing in a laundry bag will help preserve your woollen garment. Do not use fabric conditioner. Shape the garment whilst damp, if necessary. Iron on a single-dot setting (110 °C) at most if the steam iron setting is not available.
