Nordbo L-Glutamine Synergy is a synergistic complex containing L-glutamine, magnesium bisglycinate, Le Guerandais sea salt, vitamin B6 and AstraGin® extract.
L-glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body.
Magnesium bisglycinate contains magnesium bound to glycine amino acid. This form is well absorbed and stomach-friendly.
Le Guerandais sea salt comes from Brittany, France. It is an unbleached and unrefined sea salt containing natural minerals and trace elements.
AstraGin® is a patented plant extract derived from astragalus and notoginseng.
When training, L-Glutamine Synergy is recommended to be taken after training. The amino acids are best absorbed on an empty stomach, but can also be taken with food if you have a sensitive stomach.
The product is vegan certified and does not contain gluten, sugar, soy or lactose.
