Nordbo Bowel Function Magnesium has been developed to support gut health. It contains five active ingredients: magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, artichoke, ginger and apple cider vinegar.
Magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate bind fluid in the gut. This softens the intestinal contents and increases its volume.
Artichoke and ginger promote normal intestinal function and well-being. Artichoke and ginger also support digestion. Digestion is important for the body to absorb nutrients and for food to be digested as stool.
In addition, apple cider vinegar has been used to support digestion.
Ingredients:
Magnesium (oxide & citrate), artichoke extract (Cynara scolymus L.), rice flour, ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale), apple cider vinegar, MCT oil (coconut), capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).
Dosage:
1-2 capsules daily. Take in the evening or as needed. The capsule can be opened. Do not exceed the dosage. Store at room temperature out of the reach of young children and out of sunlight.
