The EDC37 stands out from traditional flashlights with its flat, ergonomic design that improves grip and controllability, even when wearing gloves. Tactical switches on the rear of the lamp allow for one-handed operation in all situations. The circular switch acts as a power button and supports momentary use, while the rectangular button can be programmed to suit the user's needs for quick access to the search light, LUMIN SHIELD™ function or strobe function. A slide switch on the body securely locks the buttons during transport, while a clear OLED display shows real-time battery charge status, remaining run time and power status in use.
The built-in 8000 mAh Li-ion battery provides excellent runtime even under demanding use. At maximum power, the wide beam mode operates for up to 7.5 hours, while the energy-efficient 100 lumen power mode offers up to 30 hours of use. Ultralow mode allows up to 190 hours of operation, making the lamp a reliable tool for long hikes and wilderness conditions. The battery is easily recharged via the USB-C port. Durable construction, grip-enhancing details and four removable silicon nitride ceramic impact tips allow the lamp to be used even in emergency situations, for example to break glass.
