The Nitecore EDC07 is a very compact and versatile rechargeable flashlight that combines three different color temperatures, a wide brightness range and an easy-to-use tactical interface. The flashlight delivers up to 1500 lumens of light output and provides a soft, even beam thanks to its dual TIR lenses. Three different colour temperatures - cool, neutral and warm white - allow the lamp to be used in a variety of environments, from bright general lighting to precise working and eye-pleasing close-up light.
The lamp uses two quad-core MCT UHE LEDs to provide an efficient but even light without distracting shadows. The cool 6500K light provides maximum brightness and range, the neutral 4500K light is suitable for general lighting and extended working hours, and the warm 3000K light provides a very high level of colour rendering and comfortable lighting for close work and low light conditions, for example. The luminaire has five brightness levels and strobe and SOS functions for each colour temperature.
The EDC07 is designed for quick and intuitive operation. A tactile rear switch allows for momentary or continuous use of the lamp, while a separate M button allows for quick change of brightness level and colour temperature. The lamp also has a memory function that resets the last brightness setting and colour temperature used. The battery charge level is indicated by indicator lights on the body, and the advanced ATR thermal management system optimises performance and prevents overheating.
The lamp is powered by a built-in 1500 mAh Li-ion battery, which provides up to 360 hours of operation at the lowest power mode. The battery charges quickly via the USB-C connector and the light can also be used while charging. With a durable polycarbonate body, stainless steel pocket clip and IP67-rated protection, the EDC07 is a reliable companion for everyday use, work and outdoor activities.
