The NiSi Nano Soft Graded IR ND filter is a semi-gray filter designed for landscape photographers, made of high-quality nano-coated optical glass. With the half-gray filter, the desired part of the image, such as the clear sky, can be darkened without changing the exposure of the rest of the image area. The darkening of the filter is greatest at the edge and decreases towards the center of the filter with a smooth transition. The gray filter does not affect color reproduction and other filters can be used with it.
NiSi gray filters are designed for digital cells and they evenly reduce both visible light and infrared frequencies. The NiSi Optical Nano coating used on all filter surfaces enables very even filtering without color errors.
