Depending on the situation, you can use any of the following methods to unlock it:
- Via the Nedis SmartLife app, you can unlock the box remotely (provided you are within Bluetooth range of the key box, or you are using the Nedis Bluetooth gateway, which allows access from anywhere)
- Local permanent passwords can be set up for regular users, such as family members, frequent visitors or staff
- A temporary password can be created in the app for guests or, for example, service providers. Thanks to the smart and secure algorithms used by both the key box and the app, this can be done remotely without a Bluetooth connection to the key box
- Each personal passcode can be 6–10 digits long and can even be concealed by adding an unlimited number of random digits before or after the code – the perfect way to ward off prying eyes. You can set personalised time slots for each code and view a detailed access log, giving you full control over who has gained access and when.
With IP65-rated water resistance and a certified operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, this lock box is ready for year-round outdoor use. It runs on either 3 × AAA batteries or 2 × CR123A batteries (not included), and the batteries last for around a year before needing replacing.
