Natura Media KMV Plus 60 caps. food supplement
Natura Media KMV Plus capsules, manufactured in Finland, contain patented ABG10+® black garlic extract, which is produced from slow-maturing Spanish DNA-certified garlic (Allium sativum L.).
The black garlic extract in KMV Plus capsules has a standardized content of S-allylcysteine, or SAC. SAC is a stable biomolecule with high bioavailability that is formed during the aging process. This slow process breaks down unstable, pungent odor- and taste-causing molecules such as allicin from the garlic. Black garlic is also generally suitable for people who cannot tolerate fresh garlic, e.g. due to heartburn or reflux. Aging garlic in the ABG COOL-Tech™ process at low temperature changes the garlic's biomolecules and causes an up to tenfold increase in the garlic's antioxidant properties compared to fresh garlic.
During the process, the garlic acquires an aromatic and sweet taste and a brown color. The low temperature maturation process ensures that no harmful compounds associated with high temperatures or combustion are produced. The low heat cooking process does not use chemicals, yeast or bacteria, and is therefore not the same as fermentation.
