Natura Media's vitamin B1, or thiamine, contains 100 mg of thiamine hydrochloride in one capsule. Thiamine hydrochloride is a highly water-soluble form of vitamin B1. Thiamine plays a versatile role in the body's functions and it is essential to get enough from the diet because our body does not produce thiamine itself. It is essential for the nervous system, brain, energy metabolism, and heart. In food thiamine is abundant in meat, especially pork, as well as whole grains, beans, and potatoes.
We have manufactured this product in our own production facility in Raisio, Finland. In addition to thiamine, the capsules contain Finnish hemp seed protein and hemp bran. The product is completely plant-based, meaning it is also suitable for a vegan diet, and does not contain common allergens such as gluten, grains, soy, nuts, or milk.
