V-mount dual battery charger The FC PowerController can function as a portable V-mount dual battery charger. It can charge one or two 14.4-14.8 V or 26 V batteries simultaneously by connecting them to the mains power supply using each of the mains adapters supplied with the FC-300B/500B/500C. By combining all these functions into one convenient unit, the FC PowerController meets the needs of a wide range of still photography and video production. Using V-mount batteries By connecting the FC PowerController, the FC-300B/500B/500C can be powered by either one or two 14.4-14.8V/26V batteries, providing flexibility without the need for AC power restrictions. The output of each different lamp varies according to the number and voltage of the V-mount batteries.used. For example, two high-power 26V V-mount batteries are required to operate theFC-500C at full power. The use of one 14.4V battery in the same fixture limits the power to 30%. The AC or DC FC PowerController can also operate the fixture on AC power by connecting it to the same power supply originally supplied with the FC-300B/500B/500C. When connected in this way, the luminaire can easily switch to battery power if the AC power supply is disconnected. This is also handy when the luminaires need to be moved quickly around the studio or location. Intuitive control FC PowerController allows wired control of the FC-300B/500B/500C from a distance of up to 3 meters. Simply connect the fixture with the included interface cable and take control of the light quickly and easily. A clear two-colour display shows the status, with two knobs and two buttons to adjust settings. This makes it easy for users to control the luminaire, even when it is mounted high up.
