Psyllium has been added to the gluten-free flour mixture.
Myllär's gluten-free oat products are made purely from field to table - we use gluten-free cultivated oats purchased from contract farmers as raw material.

Our mills run on green electricity produced by hydropower, and thermal energy is produced in our own bio-power plant by burning oat husks. From October 2020, the production of Myllärin products will be carbon neutral.
