Mylläri's Spinach flour contains whole grain oat flour and well-dried spinach (the amount of spinach in the bag corresponds to 97 g of fresh spinach). Lettujuuho does not contain milk or egg, so lettujauho, made with vegetable milk or water, is suitable for many diets.
