With this digital meter, you can monitor the preparation of food wirelessly from up to 20 meters away. You know exactly the internal temperature of the food to be grilled or smoked without guesswork.
You get the best result when you make sure that the end of the sensor is at least 3 cm inside the meat. Do not let the end of the sensor wires come into contact with flames. If you are grilling with the lid on, only use medium or mild heat. Make sure the tip of the probe is in the middle of the meat and not coming out the other side of the meat. Do not place the cord directly over flames or burners. Clean the sensor gently with soap and water, do not immerse the sensor in water when cleaning it. Dry immediately after washing.
