With the Muhler springform pan, you can easily bake perfect cake bases, cheesecakes, mousse cakes, and pound cakes. Let the cake cool slightly after baking, then remove the ring and base—your cake is ready without flipping or the risk of tearing. The non-stick coating prevents batter from sticking to the sides. For very runny batters, you can grease and flour the base and sides. Placing parchment paper on the base before securing the ring is also recommended. With the Muhler loose pan you can easily make great cake bases, cheesecakes, mousses and dry cakes. After baking, let the cake cool for a while, remove the rim and base - the cake base is ready without turning or risk of tearing. The non-stick coating prevents the dough from sticking to the edges. If the dough is very runny, you can butter and bread the base and edges.
