Molkosan is rich in L+ lactic acid, which the body needs and produces to feed beneficial intestinal bacteria. During production, protein, carbohydrates and fat are removed from organic milk by filtering. Pure whey is pasteurized as gently as possible, so that in the next stage of the fermentation process, only our own lactic acid bacteria (Lactobacillus casei) developed for the purpose is included.
