1. Check the bottle and stopper for integrity before use.
2. Wash the bottle with warm soapy water, then rinse with running water.
3. Fill the bottle with water not hotter than 50°C to 2/3 of capacity. Hold the bottle by the neck in an upright
position and fill slowly to avoid hot water splashing back.
WARNING! DO NOT USE BOILING WATER. DO NOT OVERFILL AS THIS MIGHT CAUSE THE BOTTLE TO BURST.
DO NOT FILL THE BOTTLE WITH HOT TAP WATER, WHICH CAN CAUSE THE RUBBER TO PERISH.
4. Screw the stopper tight.
5. Hold the bottle upside down over stopper, away from the body, and squeeze lightly to check for leaks.
6. Wipe the bottle dry.
7. It is necessary to enwrap the bottle with strong fabric or towel to avoid direct contact with the skin.
PRECAUTION: It is not recommended to sit or lie on top of the bottle and put on it heavy things.
8. For the avoidance of pigmentation, reddening (especially in the permanent, long-term application of the
bottle) might be necessary to apply a moisturizing cream on the skin.
9. It is necessary to take care of the correct position of the bottle and check often the degree of skin warming
as burns can occur. The degree of warming of the skin under the bottle is determined with the hand.
10. Empty the bottle after use, hangs it upside down, leaving with stopper removed until it dries completely.
Storage: Store at a temperature of 0°C to 25°C and relative humidity not more than 80%, at a distance of at
least 1 m from heating appliances.
PRECAUTION: Keep away from direct sunlight. Prevent contact with different oils, solvents and greases.

Disposal: Dispose of the appliance at the end of its life span according to the local recycling regulations.
