The dirt and moisture repellent Martef coating reduces friction to almost zero while protecting the blade from corrosion. The coating allows the blade to move very smoothly through the material being cut and makes cleaning the blade after use very easy.
The skinning hook is an excellent tool for opening and skinning deer. With the hook on the hammer side, opening the animal is a snap and the round blade design ensures that the hide comes off intact and neatly. The hook can be sharpened with a needle-shaped sharpener (e.g. Marttiini Diamond Sharpener Pen). The orange rubber grip and finger guard ensure safe use of the hook. The sharpening angle of the stainless chrome steel blade allows the hook to be used like a normal knife. A true multifunctional tool for the hunter.
