About the product

The Makita UB003GZ functions both as a powerful cordless blower and as a vacuum suitable for collecting leaves. Switching between the two functions is easy thanks to the quick-release mechanism, which requires no tools. The maximum blowing force is 16 N; when used as a leaf vacuum, the maximum air flow is 13 m³ per minute. The collection bag has a capacity of 50 litres.

Despite its power, the UB003GZ is compact and lightweight. The weight (depending on the battery) is 4.3–5.6 kg in blower mode and 5.5–6.7 kg in vacuum mode. The UB003G works with all 40V XGT batteries, but for optimal performance, it is recommended to use batteries with a capacity of at least 4.0 Ah or higher.

The brushless motor has two speed ranges and a clutch with stepless speed control. This makes it easy to blow and vacuum leaves from a variety of surfaces. When using the vacuum attachment, the leaves are shredded into smaller pieces, meaning they take up less space and decompose more quickly.

This is a bare-machine version, meaning the battery and charger are sold separately.
