About the product

Makita’s PB003GZ cordless band saw is ideal for cutting metal quickly, safely and without sparks. The saw features a powerful, long-lasting and maintenance-free brushless motor, as well as adjustable speed. The cutting capacity is 66 x 66 mm.

• Cuts metal quickly and without sparks.
• Brushless, maintenance-free and long-lasting motor.
• Constant-speed control keeps the speed steady even under load.
• The rubber-coated handle ensures a secure grip.

The PB003GZ cordless jigsaw’s sturdy, torsion-resistant aluminium body ensures straight cuts. Cuts are clean and the blade is precisely aligned. The blade’s stepless speed control, ranging from 0 to 3.2 m/s, allows for the optimum speed for cutting different materials. The standard electronics ensure that the tool’s speed remains constant under load. The maximum diameter of the pipe to be cut is 66 mm.

The saw’s handle is rubber-coated to ensure the firmest possible grip. An LED light illuminates the work area, allowing you to work even in dim lighting.

The battery protection system automatically cuts off the power in the event of a fault or when the battery charge is low, and protects the battery against overloading, overheating and deep discharge.

The saw comes with a band saw blade and an Allen key as standard accessories. This is a bare-body model, meaning the battery and charger are sold separately.
