DUR193 is an efficient and versatile grass trimmer for its size for cleaning and finishing the lawn. DUR193 belongs to Makita's 18V (LXT) cordless tool family.
Thanks to the telescopically adjustable handle and the angle adjustment of the cutting head (5 positions, 0, 15, 30, 45, 60 degrees), the trimmer can also easily cut under plantings and furniture. The cutting head turns axially 180 degrees in the extreme positions of the length adjustment, so for example the edges of the corridor can be trimmed easily. The trimmer cuts with one 1.6 mm line, the line can be added manually or the line cartridge can be easily replaced completely.
The duration of the 5Ah battery in normal cleaning work is up to 40 minutes. The cutting head is equipped with a flip-out guard that protects the plantings and prevents them from being damaged, while still enabling a precise finish even when cutting around the plantings. The ergonomics of the user are at a good level, because the trimmer is light and the position of the front handle and the length of the trimmer can be adjusted to suit each user. In addition, vibration and noise levels are low.
The trimmer is equipped with a line resembling a four-leaf clover in profile, which is quieter and more durable in use and cuts more efficiently than a traditional round line. Spare fishing line included in the package, the reel can hold 8 meters of fishing line.
