Ingredients : Magnesium citrate, bulking agent (cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), glazing agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, polydextrose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), colour (calcium carbonate), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Dosage : 2 tablets a day, preferably in the evening.
