Magnesium creams can also be used with magnesium nutritional supplement tablets to ensure sufficient magnesium intake (e.g. in absorption problems). Reduces muscle cramps and muscle stiffness. Magnesium is absorbed from the cream through the skin.

Use : Massage into the skin 2-3 times a day as needed. The magnesium in the cream is best absorbed through thin skin areas. The cream can also be applied to e.g. the areas of the calves and thighs.
