Magnesium malate tablet
Magnesium is a mineral that is particularly important for the muscles and the nervous system. Daily dose:
Dosage: For adults and children over 12 years of age, 1–2 tablets per day with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children.
