The MadBoy U-TUBE 20PD set consists of two high-quality microphones, a charging unit and an LCD receiver. The microphones use the latest circuit technology, which allows both the microphones and the charging station to operate with extreme reliability. This has never been seen before in devices of this price.
The microphones have a total of 34 interchangeable channels. So if there's interference on the channel you're using, just switch to another channel and you're back in business. The U-TUBE 20PD operates in the pan-European 823.000 MHz to 832.000 MHz microphone frequency range. The frequency used by the microphones can be changed manually from the receiver.
The all-metal receiver is made to withstand the challenges of professional use. Microphone volume controls and channel controls are conveniently located on the front panel. A clear LCD display shows the microphones' channel number, frequency, signal strength and volume. Antenna connectors, balanced XLR outputs for both channels, and a 6.3 mm plug output for unbalanced microphone channels are located on the rear panel.
The sound of the microphones is pleasantly smooth and clear. Thanks to the high quality capsules, the set is also ideal for professional use and rivals the quality of much more expensive brands. The microphone's LCD display indicates the channel, frequency and battery status. So you no longer have to wonder how much power is left in the batteries.
Both microphones are powered by two rechargeable AA-size NiMH batteries, which can be easily replaced when needed. The microphones are protected by a circuit that prevents annoying pops when the microphones are opened and closed. A charging unit allows you to charge both microphones simultaneously. An indicator light shows when charging is complete.
The set is available with optional receiver rack mounting brackets for 19" racks.
